Salon Services

We are happy to take walk-ins if we have a stylist available. We recommend making an appointment. Don’t hesitate to call and ask about a same-day appointment. If we are all booked for the day, we will be happy to add your name to a cancelation list, in case an appointment time should open. Appointments can be booked online down to an hour before the appointment time.

If you’re ever unsure about what service to book, please call us and one of our knowledgeable front desk coordinators will help you. Feel free to schedule a consultation if you’d like more information about what we can do for you, or if you’d like a price quote. When a corrective color is needed, we require a free consultation first. You need a corrective color if you are going more than three shades lighter or darker, and possibly if your hair is previously colored.  

Please book all wedding services by calling the salon, unless you are only booking one service for one person. We will be able to assist you in coordinating all the appointments.  

Please call the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, miss your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to charge you for half of the price of the service booked.

Yes we do! Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount, and can be used for products or services. Please let us know if we can accommodate you by sending, emailing, or reserving a gift certificate for someone special.

Please call and tell us! We are extremely committed to client satisfaction and will make every effort to make you happy. Please call within 10 days of your service, and we will try to get you in as soon as possible with the same stylist or another stylist at no charge to you. The exception to this is if you are undergoing a color correction or are working toward an end goal that takes more than one process, which should be explained to you by your stylist. If you have any other concerns about your experience at New Vintage, please call or email us and let us know.  We would love the chance to make every service at New Vintage a comfortable, productive, and happy one.

In order to achieve silver, platinum, or pastel shades, your hair must be lifted to the palest blonde, a level 9 or 10, prior to the application of a silver or pastel color. If you are a natural blonde with no color history at all, this can be possible in one session. If you have any color in your hair or naturally have darker hair, this can take multiple lightening session, whether you want platinum, silver, or pastel hair in balayage pieces or all over. If you’re a new or existing client with dreams of silver, platinum, or pastel hair, please call us to set up a consultation.

Shipping Policy

Please plan 1-2 days processing time from the time you place your order to the time it ships out. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have any concerns, please email us at hello@nvbl.co

We currently ship too U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders of $65 or more. $6.95 flat rate shipping on orders less than $65.

Expedited Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air is $15. UPS Next Day Air is $25

Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This email will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are not able to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

You will receive a tracking number and estimated arrival date. Most packages arrive within 2-9 business days after leaving our warehouse.

It is normal see some wear and tear on the outer packaging, however, if there is damage to the item(s) inside, you can email us at hello@NVBL.co and our team will assist you with processing a return. Please provide your order number when you call or email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please let us know if a product isn't working for you. 

We accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date for a store credit. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped by mistake, NVBL will pay for return shipping costs. 

Used or opened items can be returned for store credit in the full amount paid for the product. This only applies to gently used items.
